Managed Network Cabling, Inc. understands cabling system requirements and is prepared to provide both implementation and on going support of the cabling infrastructure. MNCI considers all of our customers to be business partners. Our corporate philosophy is that we are both a solutions provider and support group, not just a cable installer. Every effort is made to accommodate changes in both the strategic planning and daily schedule for our projects. Years of experience have showed us that we must be flexible first and foremost.
MNCI assigns a Project Manager and an on-site Lead Technician to their projects. It is the responsibility of these individuals, along with the Accounts Manager, to provide progress updates and address changes as they arise. MNCI employs only the best, highly trained certified technicians. Typically, we try not to use subcontracted labor on our critical projects because we find that the more control we have over the quality of our installations, the more satisfied our customers are with our performance. Additionally, we try to always utilize a MNCI team that has experience working on projects of similar size and scope.
Our proposals address the Physical Layer component installation, testing and documentation. The infrastructure will be installed to conform to BICSI and EIA/TIA specifications governing horizontal cable plants. Panduit, one of the most reputable manufacturers in the industry, manufactures the components proposed for most of our installations. The use of the Panduit components, installed by MNCI, qualifies our customers for the Panduit manufacturer warranty. We also offer lifetime workmanship warranties for all components installed including but not limited to Avaya, Ortronics, AMP, Hubbell, Leviton and Corning.
